Retread Management

By linking TireMaster with BASys Manufacturing, Bandag’s retread-management system, you can eliminate manual data transfer and streamline billing, accounting, and inventory tracking!

How will it work for you?
During a normal business day, casings come into the plant and are scanned into BASys Manufacturing. With this interface, completed orders of finished tires move seamlessly from BASys Manufacturing to TireMaster, transferring your inventory to a selling store, billing the customer directly or applying a casing credit.

Banking tires is also a breeze!
Completed tires are accounted for in your customer’s “bank.” When the customer wants them, the BASys Manufacturing application scans them, and automatically tells TireMaster to bill the customer. Your software then creates an invoice that provides line item detail of tires, adjustments, casing credits, and scrap casings. At the end of the day, the BASys Manufacturing system is updated with all billed orders.

Once finished, you will still be able to review your orders in TireMaster by:

Customer Number
Order Date
Invoice Date
Delivery Receipt Number

Maintenance is simple too, even with two systems. Built-in cross reference tables seamlessly map each system’s location and customer records. New retread customer records are sent from TireMaster to the BASys Manufacturing system, always ensuring data integrity. Any inconsistencies between records in the two systems are automatically recognized, allowing you to correct them on the fly—before they become a problem for your business.
